We have an assortment of lots and prices, which makes buying your own  winter getaway more affordable than you might think.  Occasionally, packages with both a lot and RV are offered, and some owner financing is available.


Some owners buy a lot and shop locally for RVs, which can be delivered to the park for them, eliminating the need for a tow vehicle.


Most owners make improvements to their lots such as by adding deluxe finishes to their parking pads or by installing pavers on the pads. Most lots are beautifully landscaped with trees and exotic flowers. Plants and fruit trees thrive in this sub-tropical climate.


There are four categories of lots:


  • Interior Lot, no Dock:  Assorted sizes and improvements, least expensive, call for prices.

  • Interior Lot with Deeded Dock: Next level, prices vary depending on size, location, improvements and location of deeded dock.  Docks are not sold separately. Call for prices.

  • Inside Lake Lot:  So desirable to have your boat right at your site, never having to contend with wind, wake or tide changes.  Prices very depending on size, location and improvements. Call for prices.

  • Bayside Water Lot: Most desirable with decks and boat lifts on Chokoloskee Bay.  Prices vary, determined by size, location and improvements. Call for prices.

ORA Chokoloskee Park Facilities


We are a condominium resort with 283 lots for RVs.  Each site owner has a complete-fee simple deed for the lot and an undivided interest ownership of all common areas and resort facilities. In effect, the owners own the park and govern it via their own elected board of directors. On major policy issues and budget, lot owners vote and decide how the park is run.


​Typically all lots include:


  • A 55-foot by 10-foot reinforced concrete pad (some covered with pavers or bricks).

  • A 9-foot by 18-foot reinforced concrete patio (some covered with pavers or bricks).

  • A patio light and utility shed.

  • Water, sewer, electric, cable TV, WiFi Internet access, and landline telephone hook-up.


The Park's Common Facilities:


  • 283 full-service sites.

  • 87 sites with dockage.

  • Three swimming pools with hot tubs and facilities.

  • Two tennis courts.

  • 69 boat slips, an owner’s marina with launching ramp.

  • A recreation hall with cooking facilities, weight/exercise room, meeting rooms, and facilities.
